Violin Outreach
Taught in a group setting, this program offers students an opportunity to perform publicly, collaborate and deepen their violin skills. The violins are loaned free to students while they are in the program.
Dates: Next class is from March 29, 2021 to June 15, 2021 (No beginners accepted until September 2021)
Day and Time: Tuesdays and Fridays, hours vary. Each session includes two one-hour classes per week for 12 weeks. Beginner’s level will be taught in person, and other classes are online until further notice. For further information, please contact the office.
Fee per student: $350 per 12-week session
Levels:

Beginners First Year – Learn basic violin skills such as posture, bow hold, and finger position while preparing for concerts.

Beginners Second Year – Learn to read music, develop a sense of pitch, rhythm and tone control.

Intermediate – Develop stronger technique and performance skills while learning a wider range of repertoire.

Advanced – Further your music development and build upon techniques introduced in previous levels.
