Violin Outreach Program September 2021

Taught in a group setting, this program offers students an opportunity to perform publicly, collaborate and deepen their violin skills.

Limited spots available! September to November 2021 (Term 1) RMS provides VOP students violin (on loan) free of charge

Levels:​

• Beginners First Year – Learn basic violin skills such as posture, bow hold, and finger position while preparing for concert performances

• Beginners Second Year – Learn to read music, develop a sense of pitch, rhythm, and tone control, performance opportunities

• Intermediate – Develop stronger technique and performance skills while learning a wider range of repertoire, performance opportunities

• Advanced – Further your music development and build upon techniques introduced in previous levels, frequent performances opportunities

Class Schedule: Two days in a week, hours vary. Each session includes two one-hour classes per week for 12 weeks for all levels. (Beginners' level will have two choices for lesson format.*)

Fee per student:

$360 per 12-week session (Beginners, 2nd year, Intermediate, Advanced)

*$360 per 8-week session for Beginners only (Group lesson 1x and Private 1x a week)
